Today I am grateful for...

...having yesterday off and the opportunity to offer support to my family and honor the life of a good woman and loving mother
...cheap Mexican food
...free chocolate cheesecake (also cheap and store-bought, but appreciated nonetheless)
...not having to deal with muddy dog paws
...my friend who also sits on her porch to smoke cigarettes and talk on the phone when it is really too cold to do so
...my busy schedule today and this evening
...only getting on the computer over the weekend to check restaurant menus and movie times
...my man, who enjoys the mindless activity of totally clearing my driveway of all traces of snow
